Troubleshooting

  • Why is there sometimes a lag before the beverage is prepared?

If there is a lag before preparing the beverage, your machine is heating to the required temperature. This regularly occurs when preparing several beverages one after the other.

  • Why is the beverage not being prepared, even though I pressed the button?

This may occur if the machine has used all the water from the water tank. Then the machine uptakes a little air with the water, and this air should be removed from the machine without using the capsule. Fill the water tank and press the button for preparation of the beverage, then press again, repeating several times. It is very important that the capsule is not inserted during this time. After several cycles, the machine will again uptake only water. At this time, you may insert the capsule and prepare the beverage as usual.

  • Why do I have coffee grains in my cup after the beverage has been prepared?

In exceptional cases, coffee grains can enter the beverage from the capsule. If that occurs, remove the capsule from the machine, lower the lever and begin the rinsing process. After this, you can prepare the beverage in the usual way.

  • Why is the machine dripping after the beverage is prepared?

After the beverage is prepared, several drops may form and drip from the used capsule. This liquid is collected in the drip tray. In order to prevent this process, eject the capsule immediately after preparing the beverage.

  • Water occasionally collects under the machine? Why?

This problem only arises if the lever for insertion of the capsules is not completely closed. Please ensure that the lever is always completely lowered, even when you are only rinsing the machine.

  • Does the machine turn itself off after use?

If the machine is not being used, and it is plugged into an electrical outlet, it will automatically power off after 5 minutes. This means that before preparing a new beverage, it is necessary to turn the machine back on by pressing any of the buttons. Every time you turn the machine on, it is necessary to perform the rinsing process by pressing on the milk/rinsing button, without inserting a capsule.

  • Who can I contact if I have problems with the machine’s operation?
