Instructions
Heat milk, cream and sugar to the boil. Add chopped chocolate, remove from heat and stir until all chocolate is melted and the mixture is silky. Prepare espresso from two capsules and add to chocolate mixture, stirring well. Divide into two cups and decorate as desired with whipped cream, grated chocolate or chocolate syrup.
